The real estate expert Ahmed Bin Sulaiman Al Rumaih talked about the
most prominent stations in his career, which contributed to shape his personality and the manufacture of his private entity
in the real estate sector in the Eastern region in particular and the
Kingdom in general.

began to describe his personal experience in his rebellion against the
lifestyle of children in his hometown of Rass city in Al Qassim region,

accuracy in his work and strictness, cared about his appearance and was elegant and practical.
He
continued to study in Britain and in one of the boarding schools for
six months, after that, he moved to live with an old English lady. The
two experiments had an effect on refining his personality, and his
desire was long and broadened and became ready to change and move away from its surroundings in the city of Rass.

decided on his return from Britain, with fluent English language,
to start an actual beginning, different from what he and his generation
were, which was interested in doing light business with the family, but this decision needed daring and money, daring existed in him but the money was not yet available, he asked his grandfather a financial amount to help him to move to the
Eastern region so that he can start work there and achieve the actual
start of it.
And
he really had what he wanted and got the money from his grandfather and
arrived in the East, and because he was distinguished by speaking in
English work representative and agent of foreign companies known at the
beginning of his career, and as a result of his dedication to work
reputation in the community of businessmen in the region who supported
him and they have credit In its progress and development on a practical level.
Al Rumaih
knew about the real estate sector, as a result, he started to enter
this world full of surprises, deals and large profits. His conclusion
was 15 real estate contributions that could liquidate all of them and
pay all the dues of the owners. Business or community is its capital, which is characterized by it,
and must make that reputation of its commitment to God and giving rights, During
his work in the real estate sector, he headed the first real estate
committee in Asharqia Chamber 23 years ago. He served as vicar of the chamber in addition to chairing a number of committees.
He contributed with his colleagues in the committee in dealing with
many problems and provided specialized studies and researches in this
field, of real estate contributions valued at one billion and 200,000 riyals
at the time, confirming that the Chamber preceded the Ministry of
Commerce in addressing the problems of real estate contributions by 15
years.
Al Rumaih said real estate was able to contribute
significantly to the development of many contributions at a good level,
and contributed to the presence of Saudi Aramco and the discipline of
the people of the region they knew.
Real estate expert Ahmed Al Rumaih said that the reality
of the sector currently confirms during that after a period
of time will see the sector steady in the prices of residential land and
then gradually rising, pointing that the real estate sector has
already passed important stages of the rise and also correct the path
and this is the case.
One of the most important reasons for the possibility of recording
some increases in the value of residential land during the coming period
in the east that 50% of the people of the region prefer to buy land and
build his own house and over a long period controlled by the solvency.
